Currently Reactive Surfaces has developed and commercialized a line of
biologically-derived products that can rapidly decontaminate CBW agents.
Our chemical decontamination product, OPDtox(tm), offers an
environmentally friendly approach to remediation/destruction of
organophosphate pesticides and chemical warfare agents (i.e. DFP,
Parathion, Coumaphos; VX, Soman, Sarin). ProteCoat, Reactive
Surfaces®' antimicrobial, antifungal, and antiviral product, is capable of
effectively killing viruses, fungi and bacteria including the spore stages of such
microorganisms. These properties have been exhibited both
alone and synergistically with existing biocides.
Our line of decontamination additives are being developed for individual
use and for incorporation in paints and coatings.
